The Kulture Coffee roasters love everything about what this region has to offer. We’ve carefully experimented to find the perfect roast profile for these beans so we can truly show what this coffee is capable of.
In Guatemala, Huehuetenango is widely known as one of the best for growing high-quality coffee. Non-volcanic soil at some of the highest altitudes in Central America, cooled by mountain air breathing down from the Cuchumatanes produces the perfect micro-climate for coffee to flourish undisturbed.
For somewhere so remote, Huehuetenango’s web of intertwining rivers and streams that carve through the tropical forests and plunging valleys mean local producers are able to build their coffee mills and bring us strictly high-grown, handpicked arabica beans.
True to the region, this cup is known for its light acidity and bright fruity notes emboldened by ripples of milk chocolate, meaning your cup is perfect with or without milk.
